Shipping Notice

We ship to select countries only. Expect delivery within 7-18 business days. *IMPORTANT: Delivery times are estimates and can vary. Shipping availability varies by country, so select yours at checkout to confirm.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders get processed as fast as possible. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately to see if it’s not too late. For orders already shipped, follow our return procedure once you receive it.

Handling of Incorrect Addresses

Make sure your shipping info is spot on. Incorrect addresses may incur extra charges for redirecting or reshipping. Double-check your details to avoid delays or extra costs. We offer one free resend for packages returned due to logistic issues; subsequent returns may be subject to processing fees.

Local and state taxes apply where relevant to product purchases and shipping charges.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Croknok isn't responsible for customs, duties, or taxes on your order. These additional charges are on you if applicable.

Damages and Incorrect Items

Check your order when it arrives. If you get defective or incorrect items, contact us immediately with a photo of the item within 7 days to ensure your return rights.

Final Sale and Return Exclusions

All products are final sale, non-returnable, and non-refundable, except for incorrect or damaged items. Gift cards can't be returned or refunded.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

EU customers get a 14-day return period for any reason, following our standard refund conditions and documentation requirements. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is incorrect or damaged.

Proof of Purchase

You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase for returns and refunds. This includes an order number, printed receipt, or email confirmation.

Return Procedure

To start a return, contact us for a Return Authorization Number, which you’ll need for processing. Items should be in their original, unused condition, including packaging.

Refund Process

We process refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting your return. Allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If you don’t see the refund within 15 days, contact us and your credit card provider to resolve the delay.

Exchange Policy

We don't do direct exchanges. Follow our return procedure and place a new order for the item you want.
